The leadership here is like a tight-knit group that only looks out for itself. They’re all about making sales, to the point where it’s almost unbearable. You’ll have to go out of your way to support bad processes and practices just to keep up. The tech lead doesn’t know how to manage people. He’s only been in charge for a couple of years and is more interested in his own needs than yours. If you’re a developer, expect to burn out quickly. If you’re on the product team, you’ll just get random tasks that don’t fit your role. They can fire you anytime they want, and notice periods are a joke—unless you still have stuff to finish. The work culture is rough; they expect you to work even when you’re sick. Just stay away if you’re looking for a decent job.

Even if you treat the company like a family and remain a dedicated, hardworking employee, such qualities may not be valued here. This company seems to favor clever individuals who excel in office politics, leverage their position to exploit lower hierarchies, and apply pressure on their colleagues for personal gain. In the end you will get betrayed, Heart broken. It was my passional job. I worked hard.. even in the late nights. I am losing my brain because of some people. Some unhygienic people. Very dissatisfied with the company's work culture and ethics, which reflect a lack of professionalism and vision. Leadership appears unqualified, and management is unhelpful in addressing employee concerns. The six-day work schedule, lack of employee benefits, unprofessional HR practices, and poor infrastructure further add to the challenges. Additionally, there is no job security or proper employee screening system in place, which undermines trust and growth within the organization....
