This organization values politics over hard work and sincerity. If you're dedicated, honest, and treat.. If you are naive ,good person and work hard with sincerity, achieving good sales and maintaining high standards, this organization might not be the right fit for you. Even if you treat the company like a family and remain a dedicated, hardworking employee, such qualities may not be valued here. This company seems to favor clever individuals who excel in office politics, leverage their position to exploit lower hierarchies, and apply pressure on their colleagues for personal gain. In the end you will get betrayed, Heart broken. It was my passional job. I worked hard.. even in the late nights. I am losing my brain because of some people. Some unhygienic people. Very dissatisfied with the company's work culture and ethics, which reflect a lack of professionalism and vision. Leadership appears unqualified, and management is unhelpful in addressing employee concerns. The six-day work schedule, lack of employee benefits, unprofessional HR practices, and poor infrastructure further add to the challenges. I have got new friends there , new people to meet everyday...and taking sessions was the most enjoyable parts which i had there , and it is tour and travel company which organises and provide experience so, yeah that was fun to work there And connecting with new minds everyday

They should work on their salary criteria and growth opportunities... Excess of workload even after the working hours Calls and sales does is not my core so yeah Calling part was one which i didn't like an

If you are a freshner and you want to learn things , join the company. In the course of time you will learn about the market and interact with clients but if you are experienced and you want a good future, then it's just a waste of time.

Dislikes

Incompetent higher management and team leaders and category managers who are themselves unaware of the rates and hence incompetency leads to failure. ( The sheets will be filled with enormous amount of numbers) which is indeed estimated and not accurate! It's their company so if someone has to take care of the funds is them and not the employees.
