... No gratitude, no respect for employee. Company's MD & COO treat you like slave. Salary k badle me unhone tumko khareed liya hai. Har ek conversation me, tumko dhamkayenge, dikhayenge k, "hum tumko salary de rhe hai", despite of all your efforts. Subha wo log mood bana k aate hai k, aaj 04-bando ko pailna hai. Or agr nai pail pate hai to rat me jaate waqt regret karte hai k, "aaj ki employee ki salary free me chali gayi". Aap COO k cabin k aage khade rehte hai din bhar & wo bolte hai "boss, baad me aana, abi time nai hai". Matlab aap unke kam k liye, unki company k kam k liye, khud ko bejjat karwate hai, unke cabin k aage khade hoke "bheek mangte" hai approval kr do XYZ task pe. Magar mazal hai, wo approval kar de. They scold you like anything. Bhai berozgar reh Jana magr THREE D INTEGRATED SOLUTIONS LTD. kbi mat join karna. Or haa working hours are 10hrs. And seriously 10hrs complete karne hote hai, nai karoge to HR mail kr dega, "kal aapke 10-hrs pure nai hue the". Make In India k naam sab fargi kam hai.

Only Salary is on time. Else Culture is Really like a Road side Techie.. So Overall Zero Rating. I will Give Minus Rating as well if that will be available. No Work Culture. No Personal Life. No Ethics. Harras Language even used By Management. (I.e. Utha k Fenk duga, Gala Kaat duga, ye kaam mera 6 saal ka beta kar skta h.. or bhi bahut kuch..) You will wait in front of Management for 2 Hrs, 3 Hrs. No Work Life Balance. No Support will be provided your your team Leader. because he will also scary and feel same like us. HR don't know the meaning of Human Resources. they are MR here. Management Resources. So will not recommend to join this Company. Final Rating🌟 (0/5)

Only Dislike are here in this company. I am not talking about any personal but company culture is not good. They are just doing roadside business. Even if you can see the left person details in last one year, it should be arround 100+.

They do not give TA DA when you spend more than 10-15 days at site They deduct salary even if someone is going through a family problem They are unethical unprofessional Job security is Nill, if COO decides, it will not take a second, you are thrown out from company Recently lot of employees with high profile got fired, because company could not take the burden of paying Totally disorganized company

...ink ten times before join Three D and Bukaka Three D both are same organization. : No salary increments : Management behave is very rudely : Fire the employees without any notice : After resignation thay hold the salaries : If someone wants to spoil our carrier then please join this organization. : Please contact internal employees before joining again request think 100 times. : Everyone is GM here and using very rude language

...ploye Mai gala kaat dunga or apse sabse haath jod ke request hai pls don't join. Aur yaha par resign ke baad logo ki salary rok dete hai and they are not giving relieving easily also. Ye log kissi ka bhi kaam kissi ko bhi de dete hai aur kissi ka bhi kbhi bhi hisaab kr dete hai. Aur dono baap beta ko bolne ka koi ethics nhi hai ki apne employee se kaise baat karni chahiye
