Bad work culture. People don’t stay for long. Especially new joiners. They leave becoz they were lied when hiring. Their roles get change. Blame game is very popular here. The lady boss is worst here. HR is new but of no use. Leave policy changes everyday. Lots of LOP . The list is never ending. It’s not a company. It’s a trap. I am stuck as I local here.

Good work environment. Supportive staff. Hr policies are fair.good management and huge cafeteria company policies are really good. If oi performed well than definitely you wil get good increament.
