Little too much show-off about work-life balance, reality is different. Zero job security. Contribution to the community and project work are both important, even after doing both more than 100%, you may not know any time they will call u on Zoom, and silently lay you off, so that their reputation is not tarnished. It's like any other company that is focused on profit and a good community reputation and uses employees for it.

There is emphasis on learning and development, but organization does not want to make any investment in that regard. 4. There is a concept of feedback, but only top down.
