...s are really practicised in the projects and everyone is very diligent for that. Job Security is there and infact no one got laid off in tough covid time and even compensation also didnt get effected.

Little too much show-off about work-life balance, reality is different. Zero job security. Contribution to the community and project work are both important, even after doing both more than 100%, you may not know any time they will call u on Zoom, and silently lay you off, so that their reputation is not tarnished. It's like any other company that is focused on profit and a good community reputation and uses employees for it.

...en done compared to previous decade. Layoff happened other than India regional. No hike for a year April 2023

Company culture is good. People help others in any challenges and to grow.

Dislikes

Salary they are not giving as expected. Appraisals are getting very low and there is very bad policy of they will give you promotion but not the salary hike.
