Predominantly code delivery. They care about code and not equally the delivery service of it. As a BA, my value was always questioned and I felt like admin for the tech folks. Unclear roles and responsibilities, they have PMs and leaderships team without adequate delivery experience. Boundary less working. OTT emotionally sensitive people. People pretending to be happy like one big dysfunctional family. ‘Strong opinions loosely held’ is a catch phrase. No one practices it.

Company culture is good. People help others in any challenges and to grow.

Dislikes

Salary they are not giving as expected. Appraisals are getting very low and there is very bad policy of they will give you promotion but not the salary hike.

People in Gurgaon office are good. The office environment is vibrant.

... couple of year. The leaders are like managers, there is no lead by example. 2. There has been no salary hikes for 2 years and marginal hike in the recent cyle. 3. There is emphasis on learning and development, but organization does not want to make any investment in that regard. 4. There is a concept of feedback, but only top down. The company is not in line with Industry standard of 360 degree feedback

Hypocricy and over the board wokeism Some of the top management in India are not fit to be in their roles Over dependence on project management these days over the core roles (dev,qa, ba)

Team leads are good most of the time Tech stack is cutting edge but still can't learn shit due to delivery pressure

Dislikes

Salary is pretty low balled, mostly talks rather than work. Weekend work has been continuously creeping over since 1 yr. Almost every project has stupid CLT who have overpromised things and devs pay price of it.
