The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I am part of a team that develop the product on Human Resources management system,highly reliable and has a global client base.especially to the US.Another point i would like to discuss about my colleagues come from various background s.and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client.

Nightshift is a nightmare, no one value your performance and productivity. They look employees as their money machines , working at 7:30PM TO 5:00AM not an easy task, no satisfaction in work and underpaid(Low salary as per experience)

This is my first company, I joined as a fresher and I found a lot of coopertaion from team leads, I grabbed so many knowledge from them.. They are super cool. They make me comfortable. Company policy also good with der endeavors.

It's a pleasure working with this company. Management have a good etiquette while communicating with the employees and the clients. I work for the CEO of the company I must say it's a Wonderful experience to work with a wise and astute person.

It's like they prepare you to deal with the worst situation every day, which makes you harder and where ever you go after you feel better.

Dislikes

They have calls everyday, one in the morning and one in the evening, they point out the numbers and defame infront of every one if you don't reach your targets. They expect the employees to work even after logout time.
