Good company for freshers to start their career, salary paid on time, many benefits, fnf settlement on time. Flexible in terms of work timings, hybrid work model. You can have a peacefull life and great work life balance. They have great client base and some really great project. The company has great potential to grow.

Poor employee career path and retention management. Management has less visibility on what's happening at the ground level. If you get use to the culture then forget about learning and career growth.

The reality being every employee makes fun of them. Very irritating top management except a few decent ones 10. Planning leads are super annoying. Hardly any 09 or Kinaxis projects running. ... means you and your center of the company in reality they treat you like shit 7. HR's don't pick the calls when salary is not credited. HR's behaviour was rude they blackmailed me to resign or else we will terminate you. you won't get any opportunities from other company if your terminated. 8. My young manager who doesn't even know my name said you didn't perform as per our expectations. I said him I didn't get any projects yet how your judging me can please extend my probation to show how capable I am. I also said can you add my trainer and ask in front of me how l performed before making any false statements they denied doing that. 9.IT team and hr Threatened me to hand over my laptops that day itself even though l was in notice period. HR called me several times. I said her my notice period salary is more then this laptop please give me some time so that I can handle over everything and l also said now only your threatening me how can I trust you will give my notice period salary. Horrible experience please read the negative reviews before joining any company. l lost my precious time because of choosing this company 10.Now working in other company where I get appreciation from us managers. They always motivate me and they trust me I can do more then there expectation. 11.Some Sub practice leads think they own the company. The reality being every employee makes fun of them. Salary is on the lower end of consulting. Additionally they withhold salary if timesheets are not filled up on time. Low interaction with team leads.
