...ncial growth 8. The concept of practice leads is completely flawed. The leads have no clue of any whereabouts of their team 9. Some Sub practice leads think they own the company. The reality being every employee makes fun of them. Very irritating top management except a few decent ones 10. Planning leads are super annoying. Hardly any 09 or Kinaxis projects running. Majority is on bench or shadowing

...loyee friendly and they accomodate for their employees in case of special cases. They provide very good salary hikes and bonus compared to other consulting companies. They focus a lot on learning and development which helps the employees to grow on a faster pace.

I really cannot think about anything which I don't like.

Good work life balance. Friendly leaders and wonderful culture of get togethers. Open thought sharing and great support in work.

Dislikes

Bad office space. Unfair compensation. Bias towards drinking buddies. No incentives.

Likes

Good company for freshers to start their career, salary paid on time, many benefits, fnf settlement on time. Flexible in terms of work timings, hybrid work model. You can have a peacefull life and great work life balance. They have great client base and some really great project. The company has great potential to grow.

Dislikes

Poor employee career path and retention management. Management has less visibility on what's happening at the ground level. If you get use to the culture then forget about learning and career growth.
