Medical facilities of company is good. Compensation is good with good overtime allowances.

Dislikes

There is lack of job security. The process in which I was working for ramped down in less than a years time and the company did not accommodated me in any other department. Work pressure is immense and the shift timing extends to 13-14 hours a day. Managers were not that supportive.

...an employee will never be at loss as long they're with the firm. Huge cafeteria. Fair appraisals,they good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Micro management and only few players of the organisation maintaining it as whole and sole.

Likes

The work policies are good. Employee skill development program is nice as well. Work environment is extremely nice.

Dislikes

Now it's mandate to be in office 2 days every week, which doesn't make much sense. Pay is low, lower than market standards.

1) Good work life balance 2) Good company culture 3) Great managers who promote learning 4) Great number of opportunities

Dislikes

1) The pay scale is comparatively low compared to other PBC 2) Promotions and hikes are not upto industry standard

Likes

The work life balance is good. You don't feel day to day pressure working here. The managers and directors here are chill and just want the job get done. No micro-management+benefits.

Dislikes

...d is the growth. Your personal growth rate will get very low as time progresses. You will find yourself stuck in the same role, same salary, same work for eternity.
