...ure but working in TR Technology is taking your career at least 10 steps behind. I was lured by good salary package and the brand name but I have never been more disappointed in my life.

...has been through a lot of changes which makes employees wonder what is going on. Compensation is very bad, until you join with a good package do not expect money

No work life balance in certain departments. Appraisals are bad

...jects with interest. The company gives us job security as well as career growth. A good work environment makes us pleasure to work there and the final thing is salary, it makes us more comfortable to being with them.

High work pressure during the end of projects. And the appreciation goes to company not to the individuals.

The work policies are good. Employee skill development program is nice as well. Work environment is extremely nice.

Dislikes

Now it's mandate to be in office 2 days every week, which doesn't make much sense. Pay is low, lower than market standards.
