Salary increment is very low and does not offer good package so anybody who want good package should not join this company Also technology is also very old. If you want to learn new technologies or want to work on new technologies then this is not the place for you.

Firstly iam very grateful to Thomas Cook in each and every aspect. Even though many companies are struggling in this pandemic situation Thomas Cook as a professional organisation giving us the salary. We have been given regular training to improve our knowledge and gain confidence

During this pandemic situation senior manager should try to connect with the colleagues as a friend to find out the issues. Personal bond is missing

If you want more work you will get more work But if you want less work still you will get more work

Thomas Cook is a Brand but it's not possible without giving good salary to existing employees rather than providing to employees coming from another company Working hours How the process works is very complicated

As they are providing very low salary and working on ejb and Hibernate and in front end working on knockout which are very old technology so it's really important to know here that for your career growth we should choose a company with good technology and good salary,I'm here from last 2 month but they haven't provided me a single penny

Only like that company credits salary on time.. what will credit as incentive and allowance is always undefined to you

Not at all transparent.. you just work from them 24*7 .. still that will not enough.. their is no limit of work.. but have limit of earnings and growth.. they consider client as god and employees as slave...
