As they are providing very low salary and working on ejb and Hibernate and in front end working on knockout which are very old technology so it's really important to know here that for your career growth we should choose a company with good technology and good salary,I'm here from last 2 month but they haven't provided me a single penny

Company policies are good, salary is always on time. Org. Has stable brand value until its APAC counterpart is sold.

Dislikes

Operational practices of 2006 followed in 2020. Highly human dependent. Technology is extremely week. Management vision is not clear, the decisions taken are frequently evaluated and changed well before implementing them. Lack of vertical communication. Reluctant to face the grasssroot realities of business. Lower and mid level teams are always crushed between expectations and reality of business goals set by Management.

Employee policies are very bad. Compensation is very low,although they paid me highest out of all as they said. But simultaoeously they transfer employee in internal companies,that will show multiple employements in your resume. No technical learning ,no work life balance and high risk of job security. Its really bad to work with them as an it professional.May be good in calling profile.

Work life balance is nothing to talk about Compensation very bad Strict shift timming - single minute will make half day for you No technical growth Job is at risk in every morning

If you want more work you will get more work But if you want less work still you will get more work

Thomas Cook is a Brand but it's not possible without giving good salary to existing employees rather than providing to employees coming from another company Working hours How the process works is very complicated

Good work life balance and nice work environment

Salary increment is very low and does not offer good package so anybody who want good package should not join this company Also technology is also very old. If you want to learn new technologies or want to work on new technologies then this is not the place for you.
