Slow Career growth, Manager is biased, unprofessional, no individual recognition, no autonomy, subjective method of performance appraisal, employees are not treated with respect, leaves are discouraged, suggestions are not welcome and no value for employees

It gives some good opportunity and exposure in terms of meeting other people from various organization and my job also involves a lot of travel which is my major motivation in the organization

Dislikes

Does not have proper HR policies, no work-life balance, flat structure, limited focus on skill training, no flexi hours of work/no work from home etc.
