The working culture and compensation for employers are good. Managers are easily approachable and friendly too.

Learning is very less and they are not upgrading to the latest technology. The projects are very less because of this no job security for employees.

More over many people they are hiring as contract only. So job security is less. Salary is good. Appraisal took long process

...nies, but I never faced such politics in movement , appraisal and promotions. Their policy very worst and , they won't give any variable pay if u left the company even after completion of one year.

it will give worst experience in learning and growth. Company policy kills employee growth. Many of them working without appraisal and movement.. Both manager and HR are sameline. They treat employee like anything.

Thirdware is a company who believes in and your ideas. My boss said to me that come up with best industry practice and if you've any innovative ideas you can prepare the baseline and share with us. We will look forward and implement your ideas and that is what exactly I've experienced in my less then 1 years job tenure. Thirdware is really adopts latest technology and make best use of it to delivers world class services to its customer. I'm really fortunate that I get an opportunity to work with Thirdware.

Excellent work culture but looking for more challenging job role with more increased salary package :)
