Dislikes

I value the diversity at Thinkhat and appreciate the chance to work with people. However, there seems to be a focus on regional and cultural preferences, which affects the work and collaboration. Additionally, the manager often lacks technical knowledge, leading to ineffective decision making. A more supportive and fair work environment where skills and efforts are valued over favouritism, would benefit both employees and the company.

Timely payments, Team outings, Supportive HR Team

Dislikes

The company has highly toxic work culture, constant micromanagement and zero work life balance. Working after office hours is a basic thing here and not getting paid for overtime. Work given with unrealistic expectations and if one cannot do, they start back biting. Poor communication from leadership, and political workplace.
