1. The amount of medical insurance covered in the package provided by the organisation is significantly less. 2. There can be a more attractive medical insurance policy package for parents. 3. Some relevant certified courses and trainings can be provided by the organisation to the employees for free.

At 5-6 years of experience, you could have the responsibility and salary what an average 10-12years experience gets; those who started their career are now in the leadership driving seat all in less than 9 Years. Dream come true for countless, but only few hold the maturity to understand the dedication involved. So if you are willing to pay the price, flaws are miniscule to what you will end up achieving.

The leadership at ThinkBridge lacks clariy regarding goals and objectives. Prior to hiring they faikl to establish clear expectations and performance criteria, resulting in a lack of direction for new employees. During the probationary period, which should be a time for guidance and support, there is a noticable absence of managerial invoolvement. Furthermore, there is a prevalent issue of work overload, affecting not only the new hires but also the existing employees. In addition, there is a lack of training opportunities provided by the company. Considering these circumstances, I would not recommend joining ThinkBridge, especially if you hold a senior position. The organisation seems to exhibit a hire-and-fire culture, and there are indications of a toxic work environment. While ThinkBridge may be a startup, it does not cultivate culture similar to that of a multinational corporation, instead fostering a toxic atmosphere. If you are seriously looking for joining ThinkBridge, think twice before you regret the decisions taken,

...ort by the leader and always focus on a growth mindset. Flexible timing of work. Good pay and hike. Smooth onboarding process. Collaboration with the leader of the company while Work From Office. Good infrastructure and design of the office. Work-life balance is good but it depends upon the projects.

As the job is completely remote there will be less engagement with colleagues unless you have daily calls.
