very less salary as a fresher and there is no self respect in this organisation free food and can will be given but the shift timing are hectic and target based company shift timings salary and no respect culture is present at this organisation

It's a Third Party Payroll Company of Wipro and the benefit you get is whatever offered by the Client you Work for.

There is no Increment in the Salary and also you have less Annual Paid Leaves and also very less Night Shift Allowance.

One of the best thing about this company is you get to learn about more technologies in industry how it works, and the team train u so well so that you ll get into quick pick up in job. Best supportive team and colleagues. Only con is no saturday offs which makes very tired on work I wish they have random 2nd &4th sat off so thay employees can work fresh on week days. Others totally worth to start career here.

Salary will be credited on time but the organisation least bothers about their employees performance,I was joined on a contract to hire basis, but it helps the employees if they monitor on how the employee is being treated and update the same to the employee regarding employees performance too.
