Salary is good as compared to other CGD Companies.

Work pressure is very high due to unprecedented targets and lack of manpower. GA head is Supreme here & it's a contractor driven company that makes a deadly combination for Employees, all the contractors working here is having a reference from higher authorities so they can dictate you through them that makes work highly frustrating most of the times. HSSE & Quality is good on paper and everyone talks of the same in almost every meeting but it doesn't get followed in real. If you are a HSSE & Quality professional, please don't join this company as you will be hammered from both sides from HO & GA level and you will not have enough authority to act on the deviations.COO & MD both are very aggressive and they will threaten each and every employee of resignation in each and every meeting. HSSE Department is a scape goat for management.If you want to use AG&P as an intermediate company to jump to other organisation and increase your salary little bit then it is a good company to join.HR department is paralised as they only act on the command of GA head & COO, they will not be able to provide any support to their employees in case any employee needs it.

Zero work life balance 7. No benefits 8. Zero regards for safety at sites. Management favours contractors for work completion disregarding public and employee safety

Apart from a good salary and salary provided at the time, nothing else is there in AG&P that can be liked.

Dislikes

Job security is completely absent; the COO and MD continue to threaten employees with resignation in meetings, and everyone eventually works to save their job.The proper framework for work is lacking, and HO is only there to bully you for every task without providing any real assistance. The GA level HR & Admin team is incredibly incompetent and unprofessional. The majority of employees are reluctant to take responsibility for their work because they risk losing their jobs if they make a mistake.

1. Chill work culture. 2. Hotel Accommodation for 15 days 3. Timely salary 4. Not much workload (in some departments) 5. Free Snacks available

Dislikes

1. No set process for execution of work. 2. No workload hence no scope of learning and growth. 3. Company still relies on print paper whereas industry has now moved to paperless work. 4. No clear delegation of work responsibilities to each individual. 5. Sitting arrangement not defined till now.

...htly liberal but that depends on your team and boss not for all your employees . On time salary.

Dislikes

No proper planning and execution. MD is the worst decision maker i have seen. He takes a decision and questions back who made this decision. Your job is always in danger. If you showcase your knowledge chances are you will be fired. No work from home even during storm. Pressure from multiple managers. very poor decision making skills from top management.
