I absolutely love the kind of work that Think Design exposes you too. Also, the culture is very nice. Helps foster a sense of community while maintaining the elegance of the corporate. It's a good place to work if you're starting your design career.

Dislikes

They fall short when it comes to compensation as per industry standards. Also the employee benefits are not very good when compared to other agencies. The recent change is management has also brought about a cultural change which is bit towards the toxic side.

Likes

My team is great to work with but the work culture in the branch is sometimes very toxic. There will be several opportunities to learn and grow. Managers and leads are very understanding and will listen to your queries and problems. After your fixed hours no one will ask you to work. Overall great experience so far.

Dislikes

The work culture due to some people can feel a bit toxic at times. But that's not always the case. Most people are nice and friendly.

Dislikes

This company established in 2004 but still it is less than 120 in size. The company is not growing because it has no vision, no business, and no work ethic. The company needs new CEO but it's not gonna happen because the current CEO only cares about his own pocket, not the company.
