You will beg for salary figure which agreed on interview discussion. Project tasks includes those things with which you are not relevant. Project site will be any remote place where you should travel on bike & travel allowance you will get after 3-4 months. Salary range is of 90's era with which you will hardly have daily bread only(not butter) as daily need. People working more than 10 years will jealous about your performance will try to pull you back, even though Boss will tell you to cooperate with them.

Dislikes

If you are jobless & starving from months then you can join there to afford at least one time food. Forget about financial & technical growth. Appraisal will be bare minimum as compared to ITI technician. Boss will always believe on people which are there more than 10 years will make you fed up. They will take care of imbalance of work-life. Ridiculous work place where you need clean your desk from mouse shit every day.

Work culture is mostly good also teammates are very supportive and encouragementive..

Dislikes

...ates are behaving like political .ur career doesn't growth in this established . salary is too much lower than others. Most things I faced there that my expenses is too much dedicated in actual bill. It is totally bad experience . In this establishment works is 6 month take rest and 6 months too much... Ur work life balance Will not increase in this establishment.

Company owner is supportive it's benifits all old employees do not properly work ,all old employees ragging to new join employees is not supportive employees in this company.
