Thermodyne Engineering Systems is the top leading industrial steam boiler manufacturer in India. Thermodyne Manufacture Process Boilers, Oil Fired Boilers, Gas Fired Boilers, Packaged Boilers, Combi Boilers, Baby Boilers, Electric Boilers, etc.

Dislikes

compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

Although i had left the job in the year 2019 but as far as i know about the company it is nice whenever it comes to salary distribution . So i hope that it had helped all its employess during the pandemic.

Dislikes

CEO sir always called and scold even on minor mistakes and there is lot of politics in the company as well.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
