The Management is very supportive and the team I was in was very experienced and reliable team. I've learnt basics of doing business from Thermochem. I would straight away say that it will be an amazing career for anyone who's joining Thermochem.

Dislikes

Competition and growth is excellent. However, the work pressure will be high and traveling in night and working on the next morning will be required, which will be really exhausting for 6 day working style.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
