Many managers sit in CA office and think that they know everything about employees working in other regions and behave however their ego take. some are paid less and some are exceptionally well reason being both manager and employee are from the same state, Language etc..story of many companies

Managers and HRs expect employees to come work and take salary not to question issues employees facing in office(they think we are labor)

People and culture are good, Company's goal in general is unique. Good learning for employees depending on the division you are in. Good job security.

Slow pace of work, Do not update technology that frequently. Average Salary compensation, normal increments though you are willing to work more.

The work policy of organisation is really very good. However the growth is very slow. Especially the analytical division’s work culture is too bad

Slow growth and less compensation. There is no proper work hierarchy. Just to save cost, people irrespective of division given leadership responsibilities.

*Work culture and supportive management. *Open door policy and empathatic management who supports you beyond work during the time of crisis or mishaps. *Leave policy is good. PPD provides good number of leaves. *Flexibility in work and login timings, provided you prove your worth and be trustworthy in terms of assigned work. *Work from home requests are considered for personal reasons, however transitioning to complete WFH model is a challenge if you have joined as a Office based employee. *Bonus is not performance linked, hence you'd get complete bonus at the end of defined cycle. *PPD emphasizes on knowledge and training in various processes of your domain. However, transitioning to another domain is a bit of a challenge.

Dislikes

...will of individuals. *Project related stress depends upon the assigned manager. *Salary and benefits are bit lower than the actual market offerings. Market corrections are not done. *Promotion is slow, when you get promoted the appraisal would be great otherwise it's not up to the mark.
