Overall company performance is little down these days due to slack in power sector. Company needs more innovation.But work is in progress.You will enjoy the culture.Company let you learn skills that you need and make you visit to the sites and conferences of your concern departments.My overall experience with Thermax was nice.

The compensation is bit more dependent on years of experience rather than your passion and expertise in your area. Innovation is not given that much importance, people are used to traditional methods of working.Work pressure is fluctuating and most of the time responsibilities of the post are not defined specifically. Sometimes you have to do the work which is not of your projects.

1.Very worst site management. 2. Top level project managers are only hearing site management staff only.not hearing all the staffs opinions.

Safety culture is the thing I like the most. I have learnt more about safety as shift incharge which is the good thing in the thermax

The corruption in thermax is the thing I hate it. Like, during bonus, I have get about Rs 20000 on paper but i received only Rs 10085 as a bonus. The Rs 10000 I not received yet. Pls Help me to get my due bonus amount
