There is some issue in tainting to employees this organization spend money to retain employees not to working employees ( somewhere this issue ratio is very high like construction, engineering)

Exelent work culture but Thermax’ Pay scale is not that much good, work life balance is tough in field engineering, but you can surely get job satisfaction, i.e Supportive team, motivation, encouragement, awards , you may feel a connection with your boss and team.

Pay scale is on an average, and work life balance is quite tough since I was in field engineering regather than office job is too good.
