Dislikes

Salary structure is not goog for thermax engineering, and senior management underestimate our work preformence

Good Working culture, Safety rules is the main thing, quality wise and time to time to get a salary.

Dislikes

For married person's difficult to survive due to every one year transfer to another location so that sacrifice your family. For Bachelor's this is the best company.

I proud to be an employee in thermax ltd. via PIP Associates in HONDA MOTORCYCLE AND SCOOTER INDIA Pvt. Ltd. because it is my first step will go to top. I liked the process of Zero Liquid Discharge treatment plant including Multi Effect Evaporator because it is interesting one. On that site Thermax gave importance to employees safety and facilities.

Dislikes

I dislike delayed for monthly salary upto 10 days, less payment of over time and danger for chemical usage.

Salary and facilities are soo good. Thermax company Is good.

1.Very worst site management. 2. Top level project managers are only hearing site management staff only.not hearing all the staffs opinions.

Safety culture is the thing I like the most. I have learnt more about safety as shift incharge which is the good thing in the thermax

Dislikes

The corruption in thermax is the thing I hate it. Like, during bonus, I have get about Rs 20000 on paper but i received only Rs 10085 as a bonus. The Rs 10000 I not received yet. Pls Help me to get my due bonus amount

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
