Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? The corruption in thermax is the thing I hate it. Like, during bonus, I have get about Rs 20000 on paper but i received only Rs 10085 as a bonus. The Rs 10000 I not received yet. Pls Help me to get my due bonus amount
