...; it feels like whole generation gap in working styles. Need more younger crowd. Salary is low as compared with industry peers while one resource is working equivalent to 3times of the required resource.

Thermax is an organized company and a professional company. Being a professional company, they provide the training, skill development programs and other activities. For learning the new things, and to become professionally sound, one person must work in Thermax.

1.Very worst site management. 2. Top level project managers are only hearing site management staff only.not hearing all the staffs opinions.

Safety culture is the thing I like the most. I have learnt more about safety as shift incharge which is the good thing in the thermax

The corruption in thermax is the thing I hate it. Like, during bonus, I have get about Rs 20000 on paper but i received only Rs 10085 as a bonus. The Rs 10000 I not received yet. Pls Help me to get my due bonus amount

1- dump in salary growth 2- never aspect stability in one location 3- They also hire 2 years contract basis 4- No additional benefits
