Dislikes

Employee are underpaid compared to other companies. Incentives and bonus are not depends on your work and performance, it depends on your boss and HR. Everything depends on your boss, if your boss is good company is good if boss is bad then company is bad. We have not option to complaint about our Manager/Boss due to job security, increment, incentive, bonus is depends on your reporting manager. Increment is very less. Performance based increment and promotion are not given.
