salary structure is not as much good as per your expectations.also yearly increment need to improve.Though Bachelor accomodation is provided but in some site it is very bad

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

No point of disliking anything. But the FTC system is not fair as there the chances of getting permanent very less. Other all things are good.

Company culture and environment is very good. Company gives lots of opportunities to everyone to prove yourself in that field. They conduct more technical seminars in sites it helps to improve employees knowledge about power plant.

It has only one thing to improve their policy regarding salary.
