Some time leave issue due to manpower issue Recruited PPE not given on time

Thermax is process driven company. Transparency in company policy from Top to bottom. Value & Ethical business is in blood. Work culture is still there. Emotions in place of Professionalism is still make life happy at Thermx

HR are very poor and do not help at all, Worst management , no promotion at all, no hike very less than industry standards, poor technology used, very few self learning opportunities

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years only.
