Company is good to learn but they pay less salary and will not provide any Transport and other facilities. To start a career in this company is very good.

Dislikes

Work and responsibilities will be on engineer level itself. Lots of politics from managers level.

Politically the thing is of worst thing, as per regarding the work everything ok but coming to hikes and salary, will not get in time to time..!!!!

It's great to be a member of tspl. Dept Hods are very cooperative. company used to arrange site visits to gain more knowledge and to clarify doubts

Managers used to do politics on team members. Not sharing project knowledge. not getting proper chance to show our strengths

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
