Compensation is decent, but growth vis slow.

Colleagues are good and supportive. Really good for freshers, as we get hands-on experience in various aspects of the industry. No much work pressure.

Dislikes

No salary hikes, sometimes the salary is credited at month end. Too much of internal politics. some of the higher officials have no planning which causes delay and unnecessary confusion in projects.

Terrible HR policies, salary wouldn't come on time, increaments once in 2 years, rules and regulations would vary from man to man. No corporate culture, harassment by hr's.

This company does very wrong with employee, they don't give expenses of employees 18 to 20 months after then ask businesses and politics are too much does by management and management is also sleeping.
