Likes

Founder's knowledge on subject, innovative and child centered Thought. It was a friendly work environment with freedom to discuss and try based on childs needs and development. Novel ways of implimenting plans and develop the skills in child.

Dislikes

Unprofessional team. Lack of training to staff. Poor job security, no appraisal provided and very less pay scale compared to other centres. High politics at work, travel facility is manageable, very local setup and lack of hygiene. Treatment plan is novel, but fail to implement same on children. Lack of team support And no freedom to staffs.
