There is issue of favouritism. The management generally understaffed which can cause miscommunication between the management, teachers and students. The compensation is based on performance. Plus there is a push for their products. The marketing focuses on being only brand that exist. As customers, they really don't care the brand as much as the functionality. There is a sense of exclusivity and arrogance that rubs people the wrong way. Thus making the work environment uneasy.

this company is selling Kawai pianos in India they are actually an India franchise for it. Kawai itself is a well-established brand in India due to this if anyone wants to buy the product they have to reach out to the theme music company, a customer who owns kawai piano is nich customer that is good part of the job, you meet with high net worth people and learn a lot of things from them which is actually priceless

Dislikes

this company revolves around false promises, mis commitments, and there is no room for skill development if you dare to give any suggestions they will react as if they know much more than you, never open to any suggestions, and forget about the culture because they treat the employee as a liability no policy for leaves and they didn't give any GIFT in Diwali or Holi,
