It's like a exploiter for the employee, 1000s of employee have pendi g thier dues, have no HR law of the government being implemented, they are just recruiting key professional for certifications of the project, salary of the employees are after 3 months. Many more,,,,,,

...leting their job, usually the HR law of government is not being complied at all. Still my 2,5months salary still not paid by TES, The Team Leader had encouraged the Junior staff to fight with key professional s, Key professional like structure and Material had been deployed for only certification of the work which had more then eighty percent completed.

In this company, head office always stands with you in any situation. They don't take side of contractor. If you are on the right way, no keypersons can stop you for maintain quality of work

They cut 5 % salary as a security deposit. But you can't get it back. They can discontinued your service at any time. If Govt. not passes their bill, they hold your salary.

Theme engineering working life style ok but salary is very low compared to other companies sub professional staffs are not appraisal and not hike salary but key professional staffs are got benifits like salary hikes very well

Management have always thinks and instructing the their staff to maintain the best quality and hard work and honest in their working areas and adopting the new technology.

...am strength maintaining some sites. I got appraisals from many our senior staff. Releasing salaries up to 3 months with out receipt of invoices from client, in case salary not releasing until received from client.

Very very poor management, salary issues, no response from HR's while hiring only they are responsing after placement they will not treat like as a Employee. Eventough labor also getting daily basis salary but in Theme Engineering salary issues for 3 months. I feel ashmaed to work in this organisation.
