They do not pay timely and my remuneration for September 2017 has not been paid till now while I have worked for full month rather up to Oct'4 2017.Even they don't give any guidance and TL has to take all decision at his own level.

In this company, head office always stands with you in any situation. They don't take side of contractor. If you are on the right way, no keypersons can stop you for maintain quality of work

They cut 5 % salary as a security deposit. But you can't get it back. They can discontinued your service at any time. If Govt. not passes their bill, they hold your salary.

They are the Worst Consulting Firm. They will not give Salary on Time , you have to Wait 2-3 Months for Salary , They will never response for your mail or calls , They don't care you're present in office or not. You will never learn a single thing as they don't ask anyone about works

M/s Theme Engineering Services Pvt Ltd company has constitutes Civil Engineering in multi discipline. Healthy and family atmosphere between the Head office and site offices maintaining and long stand key professionals are remain in the organization. Management have always thinks and instructing the their staff to maintain the best quality and hard work and honest in their working areas and adopting the new technology.

...am strength maintaining some sites. I got appraisals from many our senior staff. Releasing salaries up to 3 months with out receipt of invoices from client, in case salary not releasing until received from client.

Very very poor management, salary issues, no response from HR's while hiring only they are responsing after placement they will not treat like as a Employee. Eventough labor also getting daily basis salary but in Theme Engineering salary issues for 3 months. I feel ashmaed to work in this organisation.
