...SO/HR is mute - They wont help. They will make your life more pathetic instead When you will resign, they will make you that very day and Promise, that they will pay 2 months of salary (They will pay, just basic amount - and they don't mention it). Its better to take in writing from them Even working for 12-14 hours on daily basis, your manager will not be happy.

Terrible work culture No support from Associate Principals and Principals Leadership team isn't the best High pressure work environment No job security leading to lack of motivation

Everything here is negative, dont think about joining this company , Leadership here is toxic in nature, some of the principals having 20 years of experience treat you as bonded labor and humilities you on day to day basis .This organization is epitome of toxicity mix with very bad culture . They can fire you anytime on call and this principal will never on call

1. Higher management/leadership is completely toxic, specially at Principal, Asso Principal level 2. They don't care about your life, If the client is paying well then they will treat you like a donkey 3. Job security is not there 4. Somecases, they will onbroard a completely fresher analyst to a complex project and make his life hell. They will expect you to work like a associate from the week 2. Work pressure is too high. 5. No work life balance

I have been working in Mathco for over a year now, it's an amazing place to work. Management is very helpful; they motivate us to grow and learn.

Dislikes

Salary is not the best, but you will get to learn a lot.
