when roots are rotten, tree cannot be fruitful - FORCE employees to write good reviews on Glassdoor - Micromanagement - Founder thinks he knows everything, but is a directionless loser - they cut your salary even for 5 min late but ask you to stay late after your shift every day - simplest hiring process, but they don't know how to hire, They hire people and fire them after 1 month or week - Don't give you relieving letter and last month's salary - Hire you for different departments and shift you in other department every month. - Ask you to come to the office on Sunday forcefully and if you don't cut salary for 4 days - Founder insults you every day without any reason and changes the plan every week. he is not open to suggestions. The founder and Co-founder have split now because of a difference of opinion. There are more family members working here than employees.

Worst company to work as there is no job security. Regular delay in salary and offer less salary than commited.

It feels like working in grocery shop .owner is fool with zero knowledge . He think that he will hire small kid and used them for his growth in the market but dude first grow your mind and thinking. He trap everyone with beautiful offer letter which denies later on. Conclusion is a liar , dont get trapped in this company totally fake.

The best part is that you get to explore in your role. The owner is very supportive and works on commitments. If you join here then consider yourself lucky as you will have hands on a lot of things altogether.

The only part that I dislike is that the company does not provide work from home facility.
