It was my first company so gained alot of experience and a platform to learn.

But there are no festival holidays and even need to work on holidays. Along with that there is bond system, I broke that bond due to some personal reasons and now they are not giving me my experience letter or any of the document that shows my experience. Overall: good company if you have nothing in your hand.

I have had an opportunity to work with TheIndiaJobs.com for more than 15 years and I am glad to share that it was the best period in my professional carrier. Their professionalism is something that I liked most, they have cultivated a culture wherein a team member is allowed to share his/her views freely and they enjoy the freedom to take their profile related decisions. This facilitate the team members to develop leadership qualities, which eventually help both, the company and the team. Their considerate approach to issues always help the team to better understand the problem from both side perspective, and this is a something rare. A great place to work.

Dislikes

Their services are free for job seekers, and because of this many a time, job seekers do promise to remain present for an interview but at the last moment they do not appear. This leaves the team and the company in an embarrassing situation.
