Friendly environment, No junior senior difference. Management is very supportive and have distinctive relation with every employee. Effort are being appreciated both verbally and monetary.

The only thing the need is to focus on employee satisfaction such as leaves and public holidays off

Nothing positive to say. It's a small company that act like a mid-level workers' naukri.com but they work as a recruitment agency. They just catch clients by promising imaginable results and behave like the father of naukri.com. The working environment is absolutely miserable.

Dislikes

The whole management is done by an incompetent person who is arrogant and selfish. He scolds his employees for every small mistake. He only consider two people as his employees. Pathetic working environment. I hardly saw any founders during my tenure. Never join this company. They sign you for 1 year bond and never provide any experience letter and appointment letter.
