Everything There's no work or personal life balance you can do overtime but won't be paid but if undertime ur pay will be deducted and supporting staff never available, seniors doesn't know how to talk new employees are taking over someone's position . Insects are falling from ceiling poorly build building. I was promised a increment in 3 months but now it's more than 3 months and they are not doing anything , feels suffocated , owner thinks , he's a high level person
