Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I dont wanna Comment anything Overall experience was not good. I Saw many surprising things they didnt pay the salary of Many Doctors and Panchkarma Technitian.

Everyone were boss from HR to Chairman even all Members. Used to offer hard drinks to their emloyee.

I don't find any thing good in this company

Dislikes

1.They use expired medicine & they don't have any therapist , they misuse ayurvedic doctors as therapist. 2 They loot people by suing them with costly treatment , if any patient comes they not gonna leave without charging 50k atleast. 3 This place is highly unhygienic.

Working area is excellent and peaceful. Some of the member of staff really cooperative in nature.

Dislikes

Overall management is not good,there are some loope hols in the management and company should try to resolve this concern and appoint a experienced person on higher post.
