Honestly, I can't imagine anything I like about windflower because it's my first job and really was terribly terrible.

Dislikes

Words are not enough to describe how I don't like the company. Comparing with the company now I work now in Kerala in terms of accommodation, salary, benefits, job security and colleagues, windflower is at the bottom! It was horrible, staff, work schedule and the way they treat other:( I don't try to defame or bring bad image on windflower. It was my first job and none of them try to instruct me for work instead they love blaming and scolding others. If I'm to leave suggestion they should pay extra care on guests that's the main reason I felt so bad that the guests are not treated well and guests used to told me that the amount which they spent for and the way they were treated is not fair!, not to see guests merely as money! I know we can't please everyone but atleast few and make them felt home and make them happy by little act of kindness because it's their home away from home. Some come for recreation from hectic works and schedules.

It was a very pleasant place to work I have 4 yrs experience in this company and I have learned many things from there and it was my first started in hospitality industry n I recommended this place to go for ur vacation.
