...h. There is no value for education, the 12th fail is sitting on a good position.Salary is on time, appraisal takes place after boot-licking.Hell of politics. No learning chances.Work environment is okay.Work - life balance is good. There is a very bad policy of extending the services, even after superannuation, whether one deserves or not, especially in the HR and Medical Division. The current boss of the HR Division is a live example. His attitude is very rough. The next example is The Chief Medical Officer. Both are involved in hell of politics. The Chief Medical Officer has forgotten the ethics of Medicine and discloses the each and every patient's medical history to HR Head. Both are useless. Wonder, what the Owner Executive Director see in such type of employees.

I dislike the policy of extending the services after the superannuation age. The living example is- The current HR Head has been brought in after he was enjoying after retirement . as he is known to the Executive Director. The current stenographer to the HR Head is enjoying 5th running year of extension of service. This is a semi-skilled job and doesn't require a high skill. There is another case in Contract Labour section. The Section Officer is coolly enjoying the benefits of the extension of service. This is also a clerical and desk job. There are innumerable such cases in the company. How will the new and professional employment generate? there are talents available in the market. You just have to tap it. Will the Owner/ Exective Director change the policy and become professional or continue with the current system? That has to be looked into.
