Firstly the company’s management is very bad they didn’t give staff training and the kitchen staff are behaving like dhaba bawarchi, need to learn everything need to make briefing per day or per week and staff monthly or yearly meetings are not there no rewards no joining layers no offers letter no appointments Thats why i m going yo rate it 1/5

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
