I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. Firstly the company’s management is very bad they didn’t give staff training and the kitchen staff are behaving like dhaba bawarchi, need to learn everything need to make briefing per day or per week and staff monthly or yearly meetings are not there no rewards no joining layers no offers letter no appointments Thats why i m going yo rate it 1/5
