No job squirts because my case All decisions taken by my menger or west team AGM sir . If payment delay so company discontinue my job I am portionly not happy with this discussion.

Culture, Community feelings, Misbehave with non locals, No promotions, partiality in appraisal and increment HOD's behavior and approach is not at all good. Being a local they only support and promote their people only and high level partiality with outsiders with very low increment.

Team mates are excellent, training was great, Job security was not so good, career growth was good but so good, Salary Not up to satisfied level, appraisal always not up to the mark, travel good, politics OK, learning great, work environment is OK, innovation good, work-life balance not good

Dislikes

Not taking the 100 good about the employee & reward it, but keep on say about single mistake & Make it as a big issue. Nothing for good effort, No Over Time allowances, even work daily and have fun for one day in a 6 months it will be a big issue in sight of Management, very less chance to enjoy & mind relaxation. No Extra Allowances for anything.
